Instructions for the worksheet
The first section is a definition. Copy it over from the powerpoint.
The next section is a chart.
In the first column you put the name of the animal.
The second column you need to list the adaptations - the first three are identified for you; the fourth you must identify on your own.
The third column is for your predictions. For each adaptation you need to make a guess as to why this animal has it (it need not be correct - just plausible).
The bottom section is for the other adaptations listed. Write down each adaptation and a reason why it would be beneficial.
The back has its own directions. There are pictures on the powerpoint if you are unsure what each environment is.
